I have found a great new product from Yoplait called Fiber One yogurt! Have you tried it yet? It's my new favorite snack. It's so rich and creamy and has 20% of my daily fiber!!! My personal favorite flavor is key lime pie but it also comes in peach, vanilla and strawberry. It only has 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber!!! It is absolutely delicious!!! It's so yummy that my kids love it, too!!! This week I bought 2 cartons of each flavor - I hope that lasts through the whole week with the 4 of us!
